From “cabin†to “studio†to “cottageâ€
We started renovating our little cabin in 2005.
The cabin used to be a working place, a storage room,
a goat house, and it was our aim to transform it into a
cosy studio where our daughters could spend their first
years after graduating from College.
In July 2009 the oldest daughter moved in, and two years later
she ‘switched places’ with the youngest one.
Two more years passed and when she left, we started preparing
the house and filling in the paperwork to get the necessary
licenses to start renting out our self-catering cottage in flanders.
In February 2014, we received our first guests.
